Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
